PARENT/TEACHER INFORMATION MEETING – Thursday, Sept. 2, 6:30 We highly encourage you to attend. 6:30 – general school policies and procedures. 6:45 - individual classroom information.
K – 6:45 1 & 2 – 6:45; 3 & 4 – 7:00 5 & 6 – 7 :00; 7 & 8 – 7:15 8th grade – 7:30 p.m.
You don’t want to miss it!
AFTER SCHOOL DEPARTURE TIMES – Kindergarten– 12:15 p.m.; First & Second Grades – 3:00;
Third – Sixth Grades – 3:15.
Please call the school before noon for After School Care.
Children must be picked up no later than 3:30 or they go to After School Care.
NO SCHOOL – LABOR Day, Monday, Sept 6.
LEAVING CAMPUS SIGN-OUT SHEET – There is a sign out sheet in the school office. If you pick your student up during school hours, please come to the office and sign them out. When your student returns to campus, please have your student sign back in at the office.
SIXTH GRADE OUT DOOR SCHOOL is September 19-22.
BOX TOPS & LABELS for Education – Our school saves both Box Tops for Education & Labels for Education. Deborah Pitts needs help with these projects so if you can be assistance let her know this evening at the Parent/Teacher Meeting. There will be a table with fill out sheets and display.
